Robin's Spring

Happy Spring! It may not really feel like Sping yet here in Illinois, but I know for sure it's arrived. The reason I know is because the Robins are hoping all over the ground and I see them looking for the perfect nesting places (like my porch light). Don't know if you've ever had a Robin make a nest near your front door, but it's definitely not a good idea. I know you might be thinking, oh I can't wait to watch those sweet baby birds. Don't do it! Momma bird won't like company and your company won't like being the enemy of momma. To help discourage nesting on my porch light, I put a 7-up can on top of it, doesn't look great, but it works. My aunt's Budweiser can seems to get a little more attention though.

Anyway, back to minis. To honor all those sweet birds, here are some of the bird related minis we've just added back to the shop.

Love these hand painted bird figurines. Thrilled to have them back in the shop. Be sure to browse "birds" to see all the different ones we currently have available.

These popular songbirds are back in stock. Listing includes a set of 3 birds.

Cute bird seed bag, makes a great outdoor/gardening accessory.

Sweet birds for inside, this cute cockatiel looks adorable attached to just about any mini surface.

Always happy to see these adorable hummingbird feeders back in stock.

Beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Since it's been unseasonable warm this month, my neighborhood seemed to skip Thanksgiving and go right to Christmas. Lights are twinkling and inflatable snowmen and reindeer are everywhere I look when my pup (Pearl) and I go out for our daily walks.

The shop is getting lots of minis back in this week, hope you'll have time to take a peek between turkey stuffing and green bean casserole making.

Happy Holidays! Here are just a few of the miniatures that are back in stock

New Hand Poured Beeswax Items

 WHY CHOOSE BEESWAX:

Beeswax replaces many of the toxic, petroleum-based products you many now be using. Beeswax is antimicrobial and rich in vitamin A, with trace amounts of pollen and propolis, the tree resins collected by honeybees. When it burns as a candle, beeswax combats indoor air pollution by releasing negative ions into the air, refreshing it with its sweet natural honey scent.

Thrilled to now offer lots of hand poured 100 percent beeswax items

Just a few of our new items

Be sure to check back often for new items, hand dyed floss, yarn, and needle minders coming soon.

Where Does The Time Go And Some New Miniatures

So sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I've definitely been adding lots of new miniatures to the shop

Like most people these days. We've been home and doing our best to keep busy. These days more then ever we are so thankful for our home. These cute mini resin houses have a new space on my wall and I just added them to the shop. Besides looking so cute together on a shelf they would be perfect in your miniature or fairy garden. They are offered individually if there is just one that catches your eye.

Don't know about you, but this staying home so much sure hasn't helped with my sweet tooth. These adorable miniature macarons look good enough to eat.

Don't know about you, but I'm looking forward to some warmer days and already thinking about sitting on my porch loaded with flowers.

Stay warm, stay safe and have a good weekend. If you have a few miniutes be sure to check the shop often for new additions, like these cute galvanized bins. They can hang on a hook, wall or sit on a table and of course, miniatures look great in them.
